Its December

Its December alrdy. Time flies. Shannon & Nicole stopped school on 30th Nov. Nicole was sick, down with fever and bad cough. She did not attend school since 28th Nov'07 Wed. Went doctor at Greenlife to get the antibiotics on Sat. At last fever was down on sat night. Thank god.

On Sunday, brought Shannon to Berries class. After class, went Causeway Point. She took Photos with 3 princesses, Snow White, Cinderella and Aurora.

Went home cook dinner. Soo Leang went shop. The girls and I stayed home.

Well no update from me for so long.

Soo Leang

He went China on 28sept(fri). He left on a morning flight. He called and sms from there. Shannon missed him. He came back on 15th Oct(Mon) mid night flight. Did not go airport. The girls hv school the next day.

The girls and I went over my parents place during the weekends. Had dinner there. They went swimming. Annie & Hubby oso went my parents house for dinner. Clive too went swimming.

Nicole 2nd Birthday

30th Oct 2007 (Tuesday)



Went school at 10.30am. Celebrate Nicole's Birthday @ Qdees. Cut cake and took photos. After leaving school, went Bee Suan house. stayed awhile. Went back home.



Both of them (Shannon & Nicole) came back at 1pm. Stayed home. Went for art class at 5pm. After art class met Soo Leang at Sun Plaza to collect the birthday from Bengawan Solo. My parents & geordan came over. We had dinner at a coffee shop nearby. Came home cut cake.

So Tired!

Been busy with Nicole at home. She's been kept at home since Monday(24/9) cause of her fever. Morning her temp will be around 37.4 to 38. But when come to night, her temp will shot up to 39. I'm so tired.

Today (thursday 27/9), her temp is normal 36.5. both girls at home in the afternoon make me crazy. Always fighting, argue with each other. I SURRENDER! hahaha

Tomorrow Soo Leang will be leaving early in the morning ard 515am. His flt is ard 7am. He's going Tibet and will be back home 15oct.

23 Sept (Sunday)

Went market bought food. Shannon wants shao rou fan (Roasted Pork Rice) and I bought Mee Sua for Nicole. Then get ready to go Berries. Soo Leang came around 1pm. Will change to Sat from 1045am to 1230pmnext wk for 3 wks as Soo Leang going China. Nicole had fever 39 degree celcuis. Soo Leang feteched Shannon home. About 5pm, decide to bring Nicole to KKH. Reached there her temp was 39.3. They gave her x-ray, and saw that her lungs are infected. Got to take antibiotics. Reached home around 8pm.

Then understand Yan Ni oso high fever since friday. They went KKH too in the night. Hers is throat infection.

22nd Sept (Saturday)

Its Saturday. As usual woken up by Nicole then follow by Shannon. Left home around 1130am. Went shop took car. Drove to selegie to get the cream for my father-in-law. Then went over to temple at Middle Road to pray for Soo Leang, as he is leaving for China-Tibet on Fri 28/9.

Its was about 3pm, we went over to Hougang passed Joyce's youngest son bday present to Annie. Decided not to go for the celebration. After Hougang, we decided to drop by EAST COAST BEACH. Took photos with Soo Leang's HP. I liked East Coast beach. After beach ard 6pm went my parents house. Soo Leang droped us there. He has to go shop. Together with my parents went Parkway Parade to buy lanterns, but could not get any. Shannon & Nicole fell asleep while waiting for Soo Leang at my parents house. Nicole woke up with fever. Soo Leang came about 1245am. Then went shop to fetch his parents. Reached home around 2am. Nicole fever drop.

Some updates

Nicole is adapting well in school. She is now able to talk and sing song. Now my worries is is she can adapt well in the new school ' My Little Campus'. She is still very naughty.

Teacher Seline left Q-dees on 7 sept'07. Now Teacher Nora is taking over K2 class. Shannon's concert is on 3rd Nov'07 at Nanyang Girls. There will be a full dress rehearsal on 27 Oct'07.
Shannon had started Abacus at MRC (Jetulung CC) , every friday from 3pm to 5pm. She is with Yan Ni and Samantha.

Soo Leang will be going china for holiday on 28th sept till 15th oct. I will be left with the two girls.

Shannon I Can Read Lesson 30/8/7

In today's (30/8/7) lesson at I Can Read, Shannon was asked to write Titled " My School"

My school name is Q-dees amd it is big. My school is a child care and my best friend is Zhi Lin and Song Yin. My uniform colour is blue,red,grey and white.
I learn English, Chinese and Maths. My teacher name is Teacher Seline. I like my school!

Time flies so fast.

28th July 2007 (Saturday)

Annie's hubby managed to get tickets for National Day preview. Brought Shannon along. Met Annie at Orchard at 230pm. She need to pay Jetabout for her hotel stay at Bangkok. After there, took a bus to Suntec. Not sure where is the parade held. we asked around. Found the place but was so crowded. The kids enjoyed themselves. Parade finished around 830pm. We walked to City Hall. Went Japanese Restaurant for dinner. Took train back. Went shop. Very tired.


5th August 2007 (Sunday)

Annie sms to say her sister passed away in the morning.


8th August 2007 (Wednesday)

The two girls full day. Cooked chicken and old cumumber soup. My parents coming in the night to look after the two girls. Soo Leand and myself going to Annie's sister wake at Bukut Batok. So concidentaly, Annie's hubby(John) know Gideon. They are doing fireworks together for National Day. He gave me Gideon hp number. I sms him. we sms each other for awhile.
John gave 2 NDP actual day tickets.


9th August 2007 (Thursday)
National Day, Public Holiday

Went to Mandai for Annie's sister funeral. I was there around 1045am. But actually start at 12pm. Waited awhile. After that took bus home. Around 3pm, left home with Shannon. We went for the NDP actual day. After the parade it was very crowded. Same, went city hall for dinner at Japanese resturant.


11th August (Saturday)
Went my parents for dinner. Celebrate my birthday there. Soo Leang got to go shop. He came at 1245am to fetch us.

12th August 2007 (Sunday)

Its my birthday, alrdy old 35yrs old!!! Shannon had Berries from 1.30pm till 3.15pm.
After berries, we went Causeway Point to shop around. Then went Jack's Place for dinner. Bought cake home to cut.

Shannon I Can Read Lesson 26/7/07

In today's (26/7/7) lesson at I Can Read, Shannon was asked to write Titled "My Wish"

MY WISH

If I could wish for anything, I would wish for a gameboy. My Gameboy colour would be pink, my gameboy game it would be Hello Kitty. I would play it everyday after I come back from school.

I'm glad she improved alot. Hope she will be able to cope in Primary 1.

Shannon Is Sick

Shannon still down with fever. Let her stayed home. Decided to let Nicole go sch without Shannon. Lucky she is ok. I'm glad.

Took Shannon to the doctor at Greenlife. We were there around 8am but doctor not there yet. Docetor came at 8.30am. Lucky our number is no2.

After seeing doctor, we went Macdonald for breakfast. Shannon had big breakfast.

Nicole took school bus back, reached around 1pm. Shannon missed her.

Shannon had fever ard 37.5. Never go Berries for her chinese class.

She is coughing.

Passports

Decided to go ICA (http://app.ica.gov.sg/index.asp) to update their photos for their passports. Reached ard 1230pm. So many people. Took their photos there. By the time we finished & collect back our passports, its alrdy 3pm. We took a walk from Lavender to Bugis. Went to bugis temple to pray. After temple went Bugis seiyu to walk. Had dinner there. Came home ard 7.30pm. Soo Leang went shop ard 830pm.

Received Canberra Primary School letter, we are accepted for primary 1 next year. The orientation is on 17nov at 9am.

Register For Primary 1

Soo Leang took few hours off from his course to register for primary 1. We decided to register at Canberra Primary (Soo Leang's Old sch). We reached the school at 845am. Fill up the form and over at 9am. It was very fast. There were alrdy 10 persons infront of us.

At night, Nicole was coughing badly. She vomited abt 7times. All the phelgms came out. We were worried, brought her to the doc. Shannon was sleeping, so let her sleep. I called the clinic at Sembawang, but was told they are closed and doc need to do stiches. Then we went over to Singapore Family Clinic at admiralty(Oppsite admiralty MRT station). Doc say alot of air in the stomach. After doc took cab home. Reached ho,e let her take medicine.

Nicole

She's able to say some words (Ah gong, Ah po, hello, bye bye, papa, mama, jie jie). She's likes dancing, sing songs. Never follow her on the sch bus. First 2 wks she cried. But uncle Lim said only cry awhile. Now she is ok. I'm glad.


Shannon

Shannon joined the art & craft class at Blk 330(Sembawang) together with Yan Ni & Samantha, every tues fm 5.15pm to 645pm. Its $75 for 10 lessons.Yan Ni & Samantha been there since last year. Shannon likes it.

Aunty Rita

Aunty Rita passed away on thursday (28june07). Wake is at Pasir Ris (Uncle Dudley's hse) from friday to sunday. Funeral is on mon(02july), church service Holy Trinity at 245pm & at mandai 430pm.
We went to the wake on sat & sun. Soo Leang took half day leave on monday. We drove up to Pasir Ris for the funeral.

Nicole "Papa"

Nicole said Papa tdy. We did not put diaper for her while swimming. at first she was very excited at the pool. Then awhile later, she was quiet. We suspected she wanted to pee. Soo Leang brought her to pee. and she pee. So cute. After she pee, she was all smile again. Back to her mischievously self again

Swimming

We planned to go Takshimaya to see Strawberry Shortcake. My dad called after we left home ard 15mins. He was at our hse downstairs juz after shipyard. Then we asked Shannon if she wanted swimming, she said yes. We changed plans. Went back home took our swimming costumes. Took dad car to his place. We swam. The kids enjoyed themselves. Shannon asleep at my parents's house.

Left my parents's place ard 8pm. We went Chong Pang for dinner. Dinner was ok. Dad fetched us back. Reached home ard 11pm. Prepare them for sleep. Soo Leang went shop.

Theatre Show "The Little Red Hen"

Woke up at 640am. Make milk, prepare the bread, warm up the kueh for dh. Woke shannon up at 7am. Nicole was awake. Prepare them for school. Uncle Lim called on wed said to wait downstairs at 7.30am on friday.

Uncle Lim came at 740am. Today only Qdees kids. Reached school ard 810am. There are alot of kids (some old students) at sch today, cause they are going to watch the show "The Little Red Hen". Will be back in school at 1245pm. Nicole not going, will stay in school. Paid the sch fees ($375) for nicole.

Nicole

Nicole started her trial at Qdees on 14th May'07. She was ok at school. She was able to do the head, shoulder knees and toes actions. She only cry when teacher susie carry for the 1st 2 days. She was willing to let Teacher Lee to carry her. But She fell sick the 2nd week.

We let go back to school on 28th May. She is doing very well. I'm glad.

I hope she will be stronger and fight all the virus around her.

Vesak Day 31/05/07

Hi,

My first day on the blog.

Its Vesak day today (31/5). Its a holiday for us. Soo Leang's grandma & maid went back to Thomson. They been staying with us for a month. Went to kopitiam ard 630pm to help. We ate our dinner there. Reached home around 1130pm. Prepared their bed time.

At The Zoo 24/5/07

Went to the zoo on 24/5. Its Nicole first visit to the Zoo. Its very hot today. Did not cover the whole zoo. Very tired. Took some photos.

Shannon'S 6th Bday Celebration At School

2nd March 2007.

Went school to celebrate Shannon's bday. She cut her cake with everyone at school. Took some photos. She was happy. She gave the goody bags to her K2 friends.
